You can return your order (private customers only) free of charge in accordance with the statutory 14-day right of cancellation. The 14-day right of cancellation applies from the date of the receipt of the order. You can exercise your right of cancellation using the following cancellation form. 

Important: For individually manufactured products that are not part of our regular assortment (e.g. desired size, individual color combinations, carpet configurator, etc.), the right of return is excluded.
